Frank Traditi is a dynamic and accomplished executive coach, leadership development and management consultant, author, and motivational speaker. He is the co-author of the groundbreaking book “Get Hired Now!” personally endorsed by Dr. Stephen Covey. His expertise is consulting and coaching executives, managers, and small business owners to design and implement a game plan for business success. His work with senior business leaders and managers includes leadership and talent development, business and organizational transformation, and building a successful coaching culture.
Frank has accumulated over 20 years experience in leadership development, management, sales, and marketing for Fortune companies, including Verizon, MCI and Qwest. During his 14-year career at MCI, he managed a $100 million National Account sales division, directed two 300-person call centers, along with training hundreds of sales and customer service professionals on sales and marketing techniques. For two years, he was the international career services director for Information Technology Institute, currently a division of Education Management Corporation.
Frank has taught sales, marketing, and career success skills for the Internet Chamber of Commerce, Public Relations Society of America, International Association of Business Communicators, Layoff Lounge, Toastmasters, Medical Library Association, and at the Universities of Wyoming and Colorado. He has coached executives and sales professionals in high profile companies such as Verizon, MCI, StorageTek, Qwest, Great West Life, Lockheed Martin, and United Healthcare. Frank is a graduate of the CoachTrainer™ coaching program and the Teleclass Leader Training Program™. He is an active member of the International Coach Federation and a past board member of the Denver Coach Federation, where he served as Public Relations Director and editor of their national ezine and newsletter.
He has also served on the board of Rocky Mountain Junior Achievement. Frank acquired a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Education from the distinguished Crane School of Music at the State University of New York at Potsdam.
