Christie Cestero, MBA and CTA Certified Coach, is a Senior Career Consultant at Colorado Careers. As a Career Strategist, she coaches our clients in effective, pro-active job search techniques that help them land their ideal job. Prior to becoming a Career Consultant and founding her own company Christie had a successful international career in Hi Tech in a variety of professional positions .

Christie sits on the Board of Directors of the Denver Coach Federation and is a liaison for the Women’s Vision Foundation. She has coached viewers of Denver’s Wb2 News and has been mentioned in the Denver Business Journal and Denver Post.

David Sandusky, Personal Brand Director has an extensive background in retained executive search. He has managed client engagements, built research teams and run western region operations for a premier retained executive search firm. David held a variety of professional positions there including Director of research, and Operations VP. He advises entrepreneurial ventures, start-ups and Executives through his company Your Brand LLC . His company offers personal, professional and business development content and support in a unique online community called Personal Board of Advisors.

David received his B.S. in Marketing at the Metropolitan State College of Denver and is intimately connected to the Colorado Business community through executive Round Tables, business associations and Speaking engagements.

Tyler Jackson

Tyler Jackson, Network Director is an accomplished corporate executive and entrepreneur, Tyler is the Membership Director for the CXO Network, Colorado’s premier and private network for 600 of Colorado’s corporate executives. He also serves as a partner and General Manager for CXO Inner Circle, an opportunity system for CXO members, charities, and emerging Colorado Companies. An expert at networking, Tyler leads and facilitates the growth of Colorado’s economy, its leaders, and companies through his incubator, SevenS Inc.

Tyler is a native of Colorado, attending University of Colorado, Boulder for undergraduate and graduate work. He currently advises companies on corporate growth and exit strategies.

Owen Jones , President and Owner

Owen Jones served in a variety of senior executive positions in international consumer products and the automotive industry. He is a partner in TurningPoint, an executive retreat company also in Colorado. Prior to moving to Colorado he was president and an owner of M&J industries, a tier-one supplier to the heavy truck industry in Ohio. He also held CEO and COO positions at Sheaffer Pen, Inc., Iowa and senior operations positions at Parker Pen Co. in Wisconsin and England.

Owen holds a post-graduate degree in management and an undergraduate degree in Manufacturing Engineering gained with an engineering apprenticeship at Rolls Royce Aero Engines in England.
