  • Identified procedural error in the revenue forecasting spreadsheets, which reduced variance between projected and actual figures.

  • Successfully helped project managers reconcile project costs and receivables, resulting in timely and accurate billing.

    • Spearheaded the implementation of the Project Costing module in Great Plains (the buyer’s software), which was needed due to the increase in projects and the high-dollar expense accumulation after the purchase.
