* Coordination with U. S. and European attorneys: One assignment involved leading a team to re-organize a major European customer's helicopter services business, including debt restructuring. Another assignment resulted in successfully settling major contract disputes with the U. S. Government's Defense Contract Audit Agency.

* Provided financial leadership on operational and strategic matters for this organization's five subsidiaries during a major transitional period/search for a new CEO.

* Significantly improved staffing and financial policies and processes, including the establishment of a separate internal audit function for all Automotive divisions.

* Orchestrated a major project to improve cash-flow and cash management processes, resulting in a multi-million dollar improvement in cash-flow and a substantial reduction in DSO.
