multiple subsidiaries in domestic and international locations, negotiated
key elements and participated in periodic reviews to assure the successful
execution of annual operating plans as well as long-term goals.
* Coordination with U. S. and European attorneys: One assignment involved
leading a team to re-organize a major European customer's helicopter
services business, including debt restructuring. Another assignment
resulted in successfully settling major contract disputes with the
U. S. Government's Defense Contract Audit Agency.

for this organization's five subsidiaries during a major transitional
period/search for a new CEO.

for all Automotive divisions.
* Orchestrated a major project to improve cash-flow and cash management
processes, resulting in a multi-million dollar improvement in cash-flow
and a substantial reduction in DSO.
