  • Developed a marketing program that increased revenues 350% while incurring no long-term debt.

  • Evaluated website design and formulated changes that resulted in a 200% increase in "hits."

  • Designed a production control system that enhanced quality control and streamlined the accounting process.

  • Created a corporate entity and conducted negotiations with initial investors and negotiation of terms with approximately 20 vendors.
